Tide Launches NCMC Expense Card For Seamless SME Travel

Tide, India’s leading fiscal operation platform for small and medium enterprises(SMEs), has introduced a major improvement to its RuPay- powered expenditure Card by integrating support for the National Common Mobility Card(NCMC). This development allows small business possessors, entrepreneurs, and freelancers to use a single card to pay for trip, manage charges, and conduct business deals simplifying mobility and fiscal operation for India’s growing SME sector.

The NCMC- enabled Tide Expense Card allows druggies to tap and pay for metro, machine, risk, and parking services in major Indian metropolises. Backed by the Government of India, the NCMC system promotes interoperability across colorful modes of public transport, reducing the need to carry multiple trip cards or switch between payment apps. For Tide members, this integration means they can now pierce public transport and business- related payments through one unified platform.

Through the Tide app, members can fluently manage top- ups in real time, check balances, and make quick recharges without demanding to visit separate platforms. The addition of NCMC functionality not only supports smoother diurnal commutes but also streamlines business expenditure shadowing. druggies can view and attune trip- related deals directly within the Tide app, reducing the homemade trouble of tracking remitments and simplifying expenditure operation for individualities and brigades constantly on the move.

The integration marks a crucial corner in Tide’s ongoing charge to make business operations simpler for SMEs. opining on the launch, Kumar Shekhar, Deputy Country Manager, Tide in India, said, “ Our thing has always been to make business spending simple. With the integration of NCMC support, we’re taking a big step toward enabling flawless trip and business expenditure operation. Our members can now use a single result to fluently tap into conveyance, sacrifices, and public transport, while icing their business spending is captured, categorised, and conformed in real time. This is n’t just an upgrade, it’s a game- changing way of how business possessors can travel, manage charges and cash inflow across India’s different mobility geography.”

The preface of NCMC support extends Tide’s being suite of tools designed to help Indian SMEs manage their finances efficiently. The company’s platform formerly offers a range of services, including payments, invoicing, Udyam and GST enrollment backing, government scheme discovery, bill payments, and fixed deposits. With the addition of NCMC- enabled expenditure operation, Tide is moving near to getting a comprehensive business operation result for entrepreneurs and small enterprises.

The new point is particularly salutary for business possessors who travel constantly or have field- grounded brigades. With transportation and business charges now linked under one card, druggies can more control cash inflow, insure translucency in trip remitments, and maintain accurate fiscal records. For freelancers and micro-entrepreneurs, this integration also means lesser convenience — replacing the need for separate trip cards and reducing the reliance on multiple digital holdalls.

Since its entry into the Indian request in late 2022, Tide has endured rapid-fire growth. India has snappily come the company’s swift- growing request, with over 800,000 SMEs joining the platform in just two and a half times. The country now represents the maturity of Tide’s 1.6 million global member base. The platform’s appeal lies in its ease of use, digital-first setup, and integrated approach to fiscal operation, which inclusively save SMEs precious time and trouble.

Tide’s cooperation with Transcorp, an RBI- regulated repaid payment instrument( PPI) issuer, supports the RuPay- powered expenditure Card. The collaboration ensures that Tide’s fiscal products misbehave with India’s nonsupervisory frame while offering druggies the inflexibility and security needed for business deals. By using RuPay’s wide acceptance and NCMC’s interoperability, Tide is situating itself at the crossroad of digital finance and mobility — areas critical to the everyday functioning of small businesses.

As digital structure continues to expand and civic mobility systems contemporize, Tide’s NCMC- enabled expenditure Card reflects the evolving requirements of Indian entrepreneurs who seek convenience and control in managing their business finances. This integration not only aligns with the government’s vision of a unified, cashless, and connected frugality but also reinforces Tide’s commitment to delivering innovative, India- concentrated results.

By simplifying how entrepreneurs travel and manage charges, Tide is helping SMEs operate more efficiently while conforming to a fleetly digitizing ecosystem. The move represents another step forward in the company’s sweats to empower small businesses — enabling them to spend smarter, move briskly, and concentrate on growth rather than executive complexity.
