Company posts 27% revenue growth in H1 FY26 and appoints new Executive Director to strengthen leadership.

Jain Resource Recycling Reports Strong H1 FY26 Results

Jain Resource Recycling Limited (JRRL), a Chennai-based company specializing in the recycling of non-ferrous essence, has reported strong fiscal results for the first half of the financial time 2025–26 (H1 FY26). The company also blazoned strategic leadership changes to support its growth line.

For H1 FY26, JRRL achieved a consolidated profit of ₹ 3,663 crore, marking a 27% increase from ₹ 2,889 crore in the same period the former time. Earnings Before Interest, levies, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹ 250 crore, up from ₹ 182 crore, reflecting a 37-time on-time growth. The EBITDA periphery bettered to 6.8, and Profit After Tax (PAT) reached ₹ 155 crore, compared to ₹ 112 crore in H1 FY25.

In the alternate quarter (Q2 FY26), the company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹ 99.21 crore, a 77.7% increase from ₹ 55.8 crore in Q2 FY25. Profit from operations surged by 51.8 to ₹ 2,113.71 crore. Profit Before Duty (PBT) for the quarter stood at ₹ 135.14 crore, up 79.6% from ₹ 75.26 crore in the same period last time. Total charges for Q2 amounted to ₹ 1,984.46 crore, primarily due to advanced raw material costs, which increased by 86.2 times on time.

To further bolster its leadership, JRRL appointed Mr. Sanchit Jain as an Administrative Director on October 21, 2025. Mr. Jain, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SPJ Global Management, Sydney, presently heads the company’s operations. He’s the son of Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Kamlesh S. Jain. The appointment is subject to shareholder blessing.

The company also blazoned the appointment of M/s. VAK & Associates as the Secretarial Adjudicator for a five-time term, from FY 2025–26to FY 2029–30, subject to shareholder blessing.

Looking ahead, JRRL plans to expand its recycling capacities and strengthen its presence in the non-ferrous essence parts, including lead, bobby, and aluminium . The company aims to advance its forward integration into products similar to Bobby.

JRRL’s strong fiscal performance and strategic leadership place the company well for uninterrupted growth in the competitive recycling industry.
