Yogi Adityanath Addresses FLO Interstate Meet

The Annual Interstate Meet 2025 of FICCI FLO opened in Lucknow with a moment of exceptional pride for the organization, as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed nearly 200 women leaders gathered from across the country. His presence marked a significant countersign of women-led entrepreneurship, leadership, and skill development—core operations that FICCI FLO has supported for decades. 

The three-day match, hosted under the leadership of Ms. Poonam Sharma, the 42nd National President of FICCI FLO, brought together representatives from 21 chapters, gauging India’s different regions. The platform served not only as a confluence of perspectives but also as a festivity of culture, heritage, and dialogue driven by women changemakers. The theme for the 2025 edition, “Celebrating Heritage, Empowering Women,” reverberated explosively throughout the event, especially as the Chief Minister addressed the delegates with a communication deeply embedded in commission, development, and the transformative power of women’s participation in profitable growth. 

In his address, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lauded the part women are playing in shaping ultramodern India, noting the rising number of entrepreneurs and professionals who are contributing to the state’s profitable and social instigation. He stressed how Uttar Pradesh, formerly perceived as a grueling terrain for business, has now surfaced as one of India’s swift-growing investment destinations. The Chief Minister noted that this shift is nearly linked with bettered governance systems, enhanced safety measures, and a strong drive toward inclusive development. 

He spoke about colorful state-led reforms that are enabling women to take a bold way into entrepreneurship, governance, and grassroots leadership. According to him, targeted programs in skill development, fiscal access, safety, and education have borne a transformative social movement, encouraging further women to share in profitable exertion and community structure. He also emphasized that women-led enterprises are getting pivotal in shaping Uttar Pradesh’s growth line, particularly in sectors similar to crafts, tourism, micro-manufacturing, and services. 

For the FLO delegation, the commerce offered precious perceptivity into how state policy and women’s leadership can align toward creating sustained impact. Numerous members appreciated the clarity with which the Chief Minister articulated the government’s vision for a progressive, safe, and investment-friendly Uttar Pradesh. Delegates also noted that his stimulant handed a strong protestation of the organization’s work in areas similar to skilling, fiscal knowledge, entrepreneurship development, and policy advocacy.

The Interstate Meet reaffirmed the evolving part of women’s organizations in shaping public discourse. With nearly 200 delegates representing different regions, diligence, and guests, the match showcased the breadth of gift and leadership within FICCI FLO.
